Project Strategy

We categorise projects into 6 phases. For each phase we require confirmation from the client before we go into the next phase.

With 40 years of SAS experience behind us, we are able to choose the best suited person for new projects. We also employ qualified support staff to assist with all aspects of project administration.

Communication

To deliver smart solutions according to client specifications we believe communication with the client and consultant is essential. First step is to confirm client requirements with an emphasis on what is most important to the organisation. For example, time constraints, scaleability, budget , maitenance, software / hardware suite.

A successful confirmation will result in both the client and consultant comprising the same delivery expectations.

From this point on and throughout the six phases outlined above, ongoing communication with the client and consultant is essential towards delivering a successful solution.

Each client has different requirements with regards to communication and we comply to the organisations standard. For example, the communication standard may be included in the project Agreement.
